Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, intended use, weight or size guidance where provided, and available space before ordering.

Pet size, breed, behavior, mobility, sleeping preferences, feeding habits, and home environment can vary significantly. Product descriptions and size guidance are intended to assist selection but cannot guarantee that every product will suit every pet.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order. An automated confirmation generally confirms receipt of your order request but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched.

Payment verification, inventory review, fraud-prevention checks, and fulfillment checks may be required before an order is accepted.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of:

After an approved return has been received, reviewed, and approved, an eligible refund is generally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return eligibility, hygiene requirements, return-shipping responsibility, original-shipping treatment, damaged-item claims, and other conditions depend on the reason for the return.

No restocking fee is charged for an approved return.

No cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully canceled before fulfillment.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be redeemable for cash and may not be combined with other offers.

Do not intentionally modify, drill, cut, remove structural components, or otherwise alter a product in a way that may affect its stability or intended use unless the product instructions expressly permit it.

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchasing, commercial resale, or other non-standard purchase arrangements should contact us before placing the order so that availability and applicable terms can be reviewed.

Purchasing products for resale does not authorize any person or business to represent itself as an official Neroventiss™ distributor, agent, representative, partner, or authorized retailer without prior written authorization.

The Neroventiss™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photography, product presentation, written content, design concepts, and other store materials are owned by us, licensed to us, or used with permission and are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.
